Thank you Jiri you led me down the right path.

Although all the subreports were from the same table the master report kept
failing saying it could not find the table.  Made no sense.

I found in the Set Datasource Location that at some point the table name
changed from HPD:HelpDesk to HPD_HelpDesk_.  That appeared to cause the
problem.  I did an update on each subreport and of course was required to
map fields on subreports 5, 6, and 7.

The report is now running automatically from Crystal Reports Server XI !!!

Yipppeeee !!!
