I'm curious about what your search criteria is? If you use '=', it is very possible to not find a matching request as someone else pointed out, a Date / Time field converts the integer stored in it to DD/MM/TT : SS format (British time format since you are most likely in Asia).. Searching using '=' would mean searching for exact time.. Search for a range instead and you will get results..
For e.g. if you want to search for today's date, search for a range starting from midnight till 23:59..
