We are running an early version of ITSM 7 and I am trying to see if the process flow bar for Change was changed and at a loss of what forms control it. For example the first item in our change process flow bar, is Initiate (Normal), then the pull down has "Next Stage", "Help" or clear. What I am trying to see if this was how the system came Out Of Box or was it changed. So if anyone knows the names of the controlling forms, or how to modify the process flow bar can you please let me know.
