Hello Listers, I received a request from our management wanting to limit the access of a particular type of Incidents to two specific groups. Currently any one with Incident user permissions can search the Incident form and see any Incident entered. We want to keep this functionality for the majority of Incidents but limit the permissions to our Security and Service Center for certain Incidents. Has anyone else had to do something similar? I have a couple of ideas on how to do this but just wanted to get others input to see if I am missing a better way to handle.
