can you restore the database and the application server where the ARS server service is running?

It only goes to a blue screen. We have been through every imaginable corrective action with bmc. My question now is how can I get Core back to zero. I would like to just remove Core and start all over and install from Patch 1. What do I delete out in order to do this?
