Joe, Mark, Thanks for the info.. I will turn on logging. It appears that the memory address is always 0xc0000005. This also appears to happen around the same times... 9-10AM and 2-3PM.

The RPC queue, 390695, is one used for communication with the plugin server. Enable sql\api\thread and plugin logging and then take a look the next time you see one of these in the arerror.log. You should be able to work out what's happening at the time and determine if there is a pattern behind it.
