We encountered an issue last night and need some help. We upgraded our Remedy Mid-Tier 7.1 original release to Patch 8 and now we are getting a java.lang.OutOfMemoryError.
We are using the ServletExec 5.0 as our web server. We increased our Java Heap Memory Size and still we get this error. We made this change in the StartServletExec.bat file "F:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_14\bin\java" -Xms512m -Xmx1024m -classpath Has anyone encountered this in the past? The interesting thing is we did this upgrade on our dev and test servers and had no issues, but once we did it on our production servers we are encountering this issue.
