Dear List, We have a Search menu that retrieves a character value from another form. For some reason, the menu only retrieves 279 characters. Both the field on the source form, and the field with the menu have 0 character limits. If we add additional text to the beginning of source the field, the menu still retrieves 270 characters, so it doesn't seem to be cutting off at a bad character. I've checked the documentation and don't see anything about a limit to how much text a menu can retrieve, but I could easily be missing something. Any suggestions on what might be wrong? For now the work-around is to have the menu retrieve a key value, then have an Active Link retrieve the text value based on the key.
