Sorry List for missing that part and thanks Joe for point that out
Our Prod and Database recide on two different server. both of same conf.
Dual processor with 4 GB RAM.. windows 2003 enterprise.
Prod: Remedy AR system 6.3 patch 23 and ITSM 5.5(HPD,CHG,Approval
engine,Asset,SLA)
Telalert software is being used for sending SMS.
Prod server is integrated with AD.
Database : Same conf as that of prod
oracle 9! with database size of Appox 26 GB
We have two different Miditier server V6.3 patch 23
one is used via intranet and another through Internet.
On both the Midtier server Crystal Report Server is installed.
Dev and Test Server : on this application and database recides on the same
server along Midtier

A little more information about your current architecture might go a long way
in helping people help you. Apart from your current application and database
version and your desired application version after you upgrade, we know nothing
about your current architecture..
