Hello Everyone, Our company has purchased the Zenoss application for server and network monitoring. I have a general questions on whether or not any one else out there is using Zenoss.
If so, have you integrated with the Service Desk application to generate incidents. If you have integrated, how are you passing data, email engine, api, web services etc. Any other information you can sure is appreciated.
