It's been YEARS since I did the integration from Kinetic Request to Incident 
and understood every moving part, but as I recall, when creating an Incident 
through that form and you want to specify an Incident Template to use, I 
_think_ you must have values for BOTH TemplateID (the InstanceId, like 
AG001CC46CB798IGAfSAjCqlEgWi0Q), AND TemplateID2 (the HPD Template ID, like 
HTP000000000062) in order to create the Incident.  You _must_ provide the 
Instance Id in TemplateID, and I recall that a filter on that form pulls in the 
Incident Template HPD Template ID value from the Incident Template table.

In our Kinetic Request integration, the Kinetic task pushes ONLY the InstanceId 
value to TemplateID in HPD:IncidentInterface_Create, but all completed 
"_Create" records have both values populated.

You'll have to throw filter logging on to see the mechanics of it.
