Will that work with a 7.5 database?

Richard,

There are plenty of ways to do this. One of them is implementing DSO
(Distributed Server Object) server. Based on configuration, DSO can move data
from 1 server to another instantaneously. More information can be found in 6.3
documentation(DSOAdminGuide-630.pdf).

Thanks

Chintan.

We need to copy data from one server to another

but have a few questions…such as is the migrator
robust/reliable enough to do it, and at what version
and patch level? Is there a specific procedure that we
need to follow/a particular order to have the best
chance for success? Any/all help/suggestions/cautions
are appreciated…..
