Hi Amanullha,
Please check the following steps again --

   1. Go to Home Page --> Application Administration Console --> Custom
Configuration-->Asset Management --> Advanced Options --> Sync Asset UI with
CMDB & then click "Open" button.
   2. Schema Names form will open.
   3. Search the form for the custom classes entries (Scanner/Telephone)
which you created in CMDB. The entries for these classes must present in
   this form.
   4. Select one entry in modify mode & enter the "Update changes from Date"
which must be the past date.
   5. Make "Has Asset UI" to "Yes".
   6. Click the lower button "Update Asset UI".
   7. Check after few minutes that the form is created.
   8. For this open Dev studio & sort the form entries with modified date.
   9. Repeat the same procedure for another custom class entry.

*Regards,*
*Mahendra Mahalkar*
