Yes you may be.. but what about visibility permissions? There are RKM
specific visibility permissions you need to set. If the user performing the
search is not a part of any of those visibility groups that the knowledge
articles belong to, you will not see the articles.. I think even if the user
is RKM admin..

      Having a production issue where after we run indexing on our
RKM_RA_INTERNAL table no search results return. The indexing process takes
about 20 minutes and in the end we can see abut 75,000 rows of data from the
SearchServer administration page. However, when we do a search using RKM we
get no results.

      Any thoughts?
