Thanks, Frank, I used your template: https://[web server]/arsys/forms/[ARS server]/[FormName]/[ViewName]/?F540003300=abcdefg&mode=Submit to create the literal value of: https://remedy.jmu.edu/arsys/forms/rem2/GN%3AExchangeAcctAction/Default+Admin+View/?F540003300=1234321/&mode=Submit
but in Mozilla I either get a blank screen or it displays the form, but "Mode" is blank. In IE I keep getting back to the login window. If I just do https://remedy.jmu.edu/arsys/forms/rem2/GN%3AExchangeAcctAction, it opens the form in Search mode. I have tried various combinations of: https://[web server]/arsys/forms/[ARS server]/[FormName]/&F540003300=abcdefg/&mode=Submit Sometimes the field value gets filled in and sometimes it doesn't, but the mode is always Search. What am I doing wrong?
