In my experience, this error is not related to Load balancing.that will
simply cause you issues with invalid session.  This problem is as you said,
either their IP is changing, or they are closing their browser without
logging out and re-opening a new browser and trying to re-connect.

Hi List

 

We have 2 mid-tier servers (WINDOWS 2003, IIS, Servlet Exec) configured in a
load balancer. Over the last few days we have started getting ARERR 9084 or
ARERR 9093 while accessing Remedy application over the mid-tier. This is
happening for some users only while others are able to work fine.

 

We have checked with our network team and the sticky config for the load
balancer is in place and the IP address of user machines are not changing.
We have also tried comparing the header content being passed for affected
users with the correct users and there is no significant difference
observed. Releasing the license of the user's session is not helping in this
case and the affected users are currently unable to access the web app. An
extract of the error log is given below:
