Working with BMC Atrium Integration Engine v7.X.

What is the best way to transfer data from an external resource into BMC
Atrium CMDB application? This tutorial session will show you when to
utilize, set up and manage the BMC Atrium Integration Engine.


Working with BMC Developer Studio v7.5.

With the coming of BMC Remedy Action Request System 7.5, we are given an
updated interface to develop in the AR System. This presentation will give
an overview of the new BMC Remedy Developer Studio. Are there any
similarities to the Remedy Administrator Tool? What is the Good, the Bad,
and the Ugly with the new Tool? How about that Learning Curve!


Working with BMC ITSM v7.6 Administering.

There are many differences between ITSM 7.6 and older versions of the BMC
Out of the Box application process for the different applications. This
tutorial will review the specific configuration operations for each of the
applications managed within ITSM 7.6, to include identifying any differences
between ITSM 7.6 and the older ITSM 7.X versions.


Working with BMC ITSM v7.6 Foundation Data.

The Application Administrator is responsible for gathering up the primary
Foundation Data requirements - from Company listings to specific viewing
operations. This tutorial will take you through the gathering up of
Foundation Data Requirements and how to implement this information into ITSM
7.6.


Working with BMC Remedy Approval Server v7.X.

The Approval Server is an independent application and can be run on other
remedy applications or any application created on the AR System to automate
approval processes. This presentation will go through configuring the
approval server using the Approval Server Administration form to create and
manage approval processes, rules, user roles and notifications.


Working with BMC Remedy Email Engine v7.X.

The Email Engine is a simple yet powerful tool. Outbound email communication
is the first step towards better communication and control over the
environment. Not only are outbound emails used to update customers, but they
can be used as an important management tool. Outbound emails can notify
Management and Work teams when critical issues are created and resolved.
They can be sent to individuals, groups and cell phones. This course will go
over the requirements for outbound email communication and the relationships
between the email forms. We will discuss types and reasons for sending
outbound emails. After outbound email is implemented, the organization can
then focus on inbound email and active directory account management. We will
use the remaining time discuss the requirements, considerations for these
implementations.


Working with BMC SRM v7.6.

This presentation will introduce Service Request Management module and the
benefits of utilizing it with all other Remedy ITIL processes. User roles
and responsibilities for SRM will be covered. Will show how to create
service requests from start to finish to provide a service catalog for
customer's requests that will enhance business functions and procedures for
your organization. Will also demonstrate how the requests will be directed
to the proper fulfillment groups or individuals once approved.


Working with BMC's Business Workday and Holiday Application.

This presentation is an introduction to the AR System Business Workday and
Holiday applications. This will cover the basics of: 1) how to set up you
Business Workdays and Holidays, 2) How the system calculates time, 3) How to
set up Time Segment operations; and 4) How to report on this information.


Working with ITSM's Notification Engine.

In this tutorial you will learn how to make the Notification Engine work to
meet the needs of your organization.  At the end of this tutorial you will
understand the difference between group and individual notification and how
to configure them.  You will learn about Notification  Events and how to
configure where the notifications are sent.  You will  learn about field
variables, how to configure existing notification text, and creating your
own notification messages.  You will also learn how to disable OOTB
notifications that you don't need.


Working with SLM v7.6

You want to track what? This intermediate session will address the core
configuration of Service Level agreements and the related options within the
SLM module. The relationships between contracts, agreements and targets will
be reviewed along with milestones and reporting options. Advanced
integration methods will also be presented. Several client implementations
will be discussed along with lessons learned.
