I seem to have forgotten something that I did in the past and need to do again. The documentation I've referenced isn't helping so I thought I'd come to the ARSList.
My management wants to be able to directly open a Change Request within Approval Central when they click on the URL with the Infrastructure Change ID, instead of that link going to the AP Detail Change Request join. I was playing around with this a few months back and found a way to do this via configuration without custom workflow, but unfortunately I never had time to finish and as a result I didn't document it, and because I did it without a code change, I can't look at Active Links and Filters by modified date to find it. Any suggestions on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
