Contract: 5 years Location: Stennis, MS Highly visible position where responsibilities will be to maintain Remedy application in Windows environment, providing support and applications administration that encompasses Helpdesk, SLA, CMDB, Multi-tenancy, Asset Management, Change Management, Dashboards, Mid-tier, Web Services, Java API and Migrator, Crystal Reports and other Remedy applications. Lead on coordinating resolution of product/service issues, upgrades, and problems. Interact with management to assess major business processes and address product/service needs - Must possess strong knowledge and experience in Remedy versions 7.x in a Windows and SQL environment - Able to install or upgrade Remedy ITSM, SLA, CMDB, Asset Management, and configuration of these applications as required - Able to maintain BMC software and apply BMC Remedy Patches - Able to apply, release, and maintain licenses - Able to develop work flows to enforce business practices and industry best practices in IT service management. - Possess an in-depth knowledge of design, configuration and testing of Remedy Applications on 7.x - Working knowledge of Remedy Migrator - Proficient with Crystal Reports creation, development, Enterprise services, and SQL and store procedures Knowledgeable in system documentation and must be able to conduct user training in all aspects of the Remedy application Educational requirements: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with five years of related experience. Equivalents: High School diploma with nine years of specialized experience in related field, or Associates Degree with seven years of experience, or Masters Degree with three years of experience or Doctorate Degree with one year experience.
