Just rolled this version out live for the company and group notifications for incident records are not triggering. Notifications are not being sent when an Incident is assigned to a Group. Notifications are sent when an Incident is assigned to an individual. Notifications are sent for Tasks and Changes being assigned to a group but I cannot find a configuration to ensure that Group Notifications fire for incidents.
