We are a new customer and are just starting to use it for our transition from a ton of custom apps and Help Desk 6 to ITSM 7.6 (two different environment where data needs to be "translated" before being copied). Just like many software purchases you would have to contact Software Tool House for pricing though. I don't want to speak on their behalf when it comes to license model and pricing.
