** In Dev Studio --> Layout--> "Show Actual View Size"

Now you can find the little black box controls on the edges of the form and drag the whole window to the size you need.  Hope that is what you meant!

Is there a way to limit the amount of “dead space” visible in the Mid-Tier?  Right now most of my users have scrollbars in IE 7, and the scrollbars scroll down far enough that the forms are out of view.  I am trying to determine how to set this so it only scrolls down to view the length of the form.  My users are very frustrated.  Any ideas would be appreciated.
