Hello ARS-LIST, I am looking for a full description of the "Functional Role" called "Release Manager" for ITSM 7.0.
The ITSM 7.0 Configuration Guide is telling very little about the "Release Manager", but I managed to find a BMC White Paper, which gives a little more details. Source: BMC White Paper = Service Management Process Model Role Mapping to IT Service Management on page 16. But I need to know if this functional role called "Release Manager" is only a "cosmetic" role - that does not give any kind of permissions or? Does any of you know the answer for this?
