Hello all, We have just upgraded our test server to SRM 7.6.03 and noticed a significant difference in access to work order form. The data on the Work Order form now can only be updated by a member of one of the assigned groups (using any combination of available permissions/roles). There is no “work order master” type of access that would allow editing of work orders irrespective of assignment. We raised this with BMC and they have been looking at it for last 2 weeks, but I still have not received any answer (apart from initial working as designed which we did not accept). So was wondering if anybody else experiences the same behaviour, just to check if it is reproducible or might just be a failure of the install in our environment.
