Review STRSTR to set the initial character location then use substring to parse the data.

I have read over the Email Admin Guide and also searched BMC Remedy KB but didn’t find any tips that would advise me how I might take values stored in the Email message form and have them passed to the destination form when a Submit action is parsed and processed. I am a complete newbie for this feature so any pointers are much appreciated.
