List'ers, I have a thought (and I know it is rare): So if we are going Web wise and I am a little weak in this side, but there is a need on the side for macros and reports. What about creation of the ARR files and the ARQ files. Is this the reason for the UT for Admin's only? It appears so.
Now is there a way to create runmacros in the web now? just asking? how do I create reports .arr files and put them into the report form without a UT? I cannot remember seeing saving my reports to the report form from the web. What is the Direction here in this area? I know of other vendors applications who use runmacro to get stuff into remedy, is this Kaput?
