Hi All, I am in the process of installing a new production server - Win2003 ARS 7.5 p 3 on SQL 2005 - as a result of a hardware crash. I have installed and reinstalled over and over and no matter what I do the email service is not installed. The email engine itself is installed as I can send out an email from remedy. However without the service I don't have incoming email.
I have tried to create a service using the armaild.bat but all it does is run lines and lines of code and it does nothing.
