Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has used rrrchive to migrate SRM Service Request
Definitions (and supporting data) from a staging server to a production
server and if you have, would you be willing to share your rrrchive config
file? How bad an idea is it to do it that way?

I've been working with the SRM Import/Export console and besides being
really slow, its a little more cantankerous than I'd like. The import
doesn't appear to like shared AOTs or shared questions and if anything goes
wrong during the import, I haven't found a way to (cleanly) do it over.
Also, it disassociates our AOTs with the actual back end fulfillment
templates which will cause a lot of manual work when we go live. I'm
thinking rrrchive would be faster and better, but wanted to seek the wisdom
of the list.

Environment:
ARS 7.1
ITSM 7.0.3
SRM 2.2

Thanks in advance for your input.

Thad
