So long as your DBA’s are willing to team up with you and either let you on 
with the administrator password, OR you let them enter it themselves..

If they see that as a security concern, you would need to ask them to create 
the DB for you with the DB User giving it full ownership of the ARSystem 
database that they create.. The AR Server Installation guide has a sample 
script to create a DB. Use it as a guideline to have them create the necessary 
DB..

Hi All,

 

I am getting ready to install ARS 7.6 on a new server. Looking the guide 
worksheet for the AR Server it asks for the AR System  Server DB Login ID and 
Password. If the tablespace is not created before the installation is this DB 
account created as part of the installation or does the account need to be 
created on the database before performing the installation?
