Hi, We are looking to install Remedy 7.6.04 along with CMDB and Asset Mgmt (v7.6.04)
We currently have CMDB 2.1 with AM 7.1 and we are planning to install a vanilla version first and then customize it per our needs. Can somebody please provide a list of activities that has to be done for the same? Mainly focusing on technical details of the CMDB/AM configuration. We are in the process of preparing a plan so any inputs would help us a lot.
