BMC:Incident Mgmt Application
BMC:Incident User Fixed
BMC:Incident User Floating

I am assuming you installed the Service Desk application?

I'm wondering if I am missing something.  When I did my install I found
that I was missing some items from the Licensing schema.  A really
important part... The license types for Incident.

Is there a specific license option for a Suite License that somehow did
not make it in the install?  

Thank goodness for templates.  If I had to create 300 users with 24
License Options each, I would kill myself.
