Environ: ARS 7.6.04 | MS SQL 2008 | Windows 2008 Has anyone noticed a problem with Modify All feature??
The option for Modify All is there...after doing a search of tickets I want to modify all...I click the button and the fields clear as they always have...I enter values in the fields to be modified...I hit the save button and nothing ever happens. I am finding this across any of the forms that I try...HPD: Help Desk...CTM:People...whatever. Any ideas??
