Hi David, What kind of web-service API does FootPrint expose? RESTful API? Usually, if its not WSDL, what I have done in the past is use Filter-->Set Fields--> $PROCESS$ and invoke an external script (by passing various parameters from Remedy), script will consume web-service and return data back to Remedy(if any..e.g. Success or failure).
