Rabi,
You can use Abydos Designer to create whatever decision trees you need
graphically and have them configured to run against incidents, problems,
change requests or service requests - see www.abydos-workflow.com

Subject: Decision Tree in ITSM 7.5, how to invoke?

Listers, The "Decision Tree" link under "Advanced Functions" on the Incident
form is always greyed out for me. The only way I can invoke Decision Tree is
when I look up a customer. The list of decision trees pops up. Is that the
only way a decision tree can be invoked?

I was expecting to be able to click on the "Decision Tree" link similar to
how I can click on "Initiator Script" and "Assignment Script".

These two features seem half baked. There is not much documentation.

TIA.
