Hi Experts,
I'm again seeking a good help from you all on RKM-FTS functionality front. I have an integration of RKM with a java application and had come across some challenges in using the complete functionally of FTS. I have a web service for the form RKM:KnowledgeArticleManager, this web service will search and list the relevant documents using article keyword search. But in this case I'm not able to use the functionally of FTS because java code will search only the exact match of word which is there in the Article_Keywords field For example :- If I perform a search in remedy with a keyword test or Test or TEST ,it will list all the related articles which contains the word test and it will not consider the case sensitivity. And how it is happening in java is, if I'm searching with Test it will check for the exact match of keyword and list only those articles. Because of this I decided to use java API's instead of web service, but the biggest challenge in this is I couldn't find any particular method for FTS to retrieve the data. I tried searching all the methods in ardoc7603_build001.jar file and I couldn't find one specific for FTS. I'm looking your help in identifying the API's specific to FTS ,if there anything available in remedy. As well please let me know how I can make use of this FTS functionality thorough Web service or by using Java API's These two features seem half baked in RKM_FTS front and there is not much details in the documentation.
