If you subscribe to only the Right Answers content, the html version could be indexed and presented by RKM prior to 7.6.03 - we have had that in production for several years, with some limitations on who could search it.
Right Answers has released .arx format content (one full rev behind their HTML content) for import into RKM 7.6.03 and later; I tested their initial release on a 7.6.03 system and it worked somewhat - 7.6.03 itself was most of the problem. I am about to try it again on 7.6.04/7.6.04 SP1 but have been too bogged down in the BPCU process to try it yet. There are other application products from Right Answers that would require integration - the last time I used one of them was with Help Desk 4.0, so much has changed since then. Is this a lot of development work to implement Right Answers with ITSM. How does the Right Answers work with Remedy? Does anyone have any documentation on how this is done or general info?
