The web server is setup the same. The user preference for the user we use to submit the Incident is setup to use the SHORT format. I would like to know if you can give me some thoughts what the cause might be before logging a call with BMC, maybe it is something simple. The above error is caused by a filter [SLM:Measurement:ReqProcOverallStartTimeUpdateSLODueDateX] using the Reported Date to calculate a due date on SLM.
