In the WSDL SRM_RequestInterface_Create_WS when the Operation Type = Create, there is a statement of "<xsd:element type="xsd:string" name="SRD_Number"/>" (no quotes) in the file.
Does this mean that if that SRD number is included in the xml data submission that the referenced SRD will be used? Thereby using the SRD specified AOT and creating the subsequent workflow? Here is the background scenario: If this Service Requst entry were done manually, the SRD/AOT association would create Work Orders. What the company is trying to do is automate a manual workflow. Instead of sending a data file to a person for manual input; WSDL will read the file, hopefully creating a Service Request record.
