Do not attempt to import business entities. The system will let you import
them with no errors. However, when you associate your business entities to
your STs, they will not be calculated accordingly. We learned this from
customers complaints. Our solution was to drop them and recreate them all
from scratch. It was not calculating the time accurately.

Hi,

Before importing service targets your should create service target group and

Subject: SLM : moving the old ( 7.1 ) service targets to latest 7.6.04

Hi,

when we are Importing SLAs from a older version ( 7.1 ) to 7.6.04
Is it just the export and then the import of service targets that will
Continue to work in the new environment
OR
as i see, there are other SLM foms as well..
Should the data from these forms should also be Imported ?

If so, what should be the sequence/order of them ?

well am able to Import all the related records to
the new environment,I am NOT able to "Build" the old service target on the
new environment.
