Hi all, I have a trouble executing a SQL procedure from the Remedy server (V.7.6).
If I execute a procedure in the SQL console I can see well all the results with well seeing characters but if I execute the same procedure in a Run process action (Active Link) I have strange characters. I believe it's due the character set of the server (ESN;UTF-8) where Remedy is installed. The SQL Server's character set is ESN;WESTERN. Anybody knows how could I "transform" the remedy server into a ESN;Western character set or with a character set that be able to interpret ESN;WESTERN?. Thank you very much in advance.
