I think you need the REGEX for each character in the string: NOT (‘Field’ LIKE “%[0-9a-zA-Z\-][0-9a-zA-Z\-][0-9a-zA-Z\-][0-9a-zA-Z\-] [0-9a-zA-Z\-][0-9a-zA-Z\-][0-9a-zA-Z\-][0-9a-zA-Z\-]%”)
