Enconding issue

Hello All,

I am fancing some issues to access some Incidents through URL. I mean, I
want to access incident management application directly using the URL like:

http://<ars server>/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=HPD:Help
Desk&server=<server>&qual='1000000161'="INC000000000034"

In fact, the URL above works fine but when I encode it like (I highlighted
the issue):

http://<ars server>/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=HPD:Help Desk*&amp;*
server=<server>*&amp;*qual='1000000161'="INC000000000034"

Remedy does seem to recognize it.

Does Remedy suppose to recognise it? Is there another way to access it? Do I
use & instead f &amp;?
