I did see that post and saved a copy of the BSM tuning guide to review
it.

We are running ARS 7.5 Patch 4 and MT 7.5 Patch 4

You didn't mention which MT and ARS versions you're at, but there was a
link posted for the BSM tuning guide last week (Jason Miller, I believe)
... I'd recommend reviewing that as it goes into some good detail about
tuning Tomcat.

Thanks for your recommendation.  I will change this in my Dev and Test
environment and monitor for a week.  If all goes well I will change this
in Prod.

You can bump your max setting up to 1.5 gb.  That should help.
