Good Afternoon, I have a requirement for my client to send information through IBM WebSphere Cast Iron to a Remedy 6.3 patch 20 server. It looks to me to be a straight XML to the mid-tier and on to the ARS server.
Are there any version considerations, potential issues, white papers? I talked to IBM and got only a warm fuzzy and am waiting to hear back from BMC. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
