Hello Listers,
I have a strange problem when searching AST:Product form from Asset
Management module. This problem is only when searching using web
client - it takes eternity and then error message saying "Message not
in catalog;Message number=94: ONC/RPC call timed out (ARERR 94)".
There is no such problem when using WRU.
Please find included the contents of my midtier log
Any help is greatly appreciated
(AR System 7.5.2, ITSM 7.6.02, Oracle 11g, Tomcat 5.5)
