ARS 7.6.04 SP1 CMDB 7.6.04 When doing promotion to BMC.ASSET for some changes made to a CI's following message appeared in Atrium Explorer "Failed while doing promotion" Login name used isn't Administrator but belongs to a custom regular group. That group was added in Group Qualification for CMDB Data Change Group (Group Form). I've followed "Configuring user access to BMC Atrium Core components" guidances in Admin Guide. Also CMDBWriteSecurity field is filled with the name of that custom group. Any ideas about why could happen this situation?
