Everyone, Just to be clear....
Users who are Administrators (with a Fixed license and members of the Administrator group) AND Users who are Restricted Read users can log in from multiple machines simultaneously. All other users are restricted to be logged in from one machine (can be multiple tools) at a time. I hope this helps answer the question.
