I haven't gone through the Remedy documentations with regards to this
specific topic... But here's the general idea that I have become familiar
with..
Windows keyboard shortcuts for all non browser based applications can be
customized at the time of building those applications. This is because these
applications can make use of a wider variety of windows command shells and
extensions..
Web browsers however are limited on what they can use. So over the web you
will have the use of only those shortcuts that are native to the browser.
These are the list of browser based shortcuts that are available for use on
IE. It’s along the same line of reasons why the web will not support macros
or run process actions of basic windows commands.

I am not aware of any java based functions that you could use to build what
you are expecting.

Since you mention 7.6.04 whose consoles are only supported over the web, and
not the thick client, are you trying to use keyboard shortcuts over the web?

Is there a set of keyboard Shortcuts for the ITSM 7.6.4 version of Remedy?
I've looked through the manuals and only found a few based on Section 508
rules.
I have some users who are very Keyboard driven and when we move them to the
web tool, they are going to ask for the shortcuts.
We have tried a few of the ones that work on the user tool and they do not
work. Specifically "Copy to New" and "Copy All".
