How to obtain filter messages during a submit with .NET APIs

Hi Listers,

does someone know how to do in the following:
Using .Net APIs, I modify an entry in a form. I use the 
BMC.ARSystem.Server.SetEntry() to do that
There is filter that starts and issues a warning.
How can I catch the message  in my code? (It works well if the message 
is an error)
