Hi Team, We have recently installed ITSM 7.6.04 on Windows 2003 server. As recomended by BMC, users are using web to work on incident management system. The question is, how do we get client logging for active links and filters as we got from user tool. I enabled the loggong from AR user preference form but it genrates lot of logs and does not get saved in some file.
